Goldstone Crescent is a high-end residential development overlooking Hove Park, delivering seven luxury apartments including an ultra-premium penthouse. The design embraces a bold contemporary aesthetic, defined by projecting profiled terraces and a darkened material palette that was coined early in the process as “moody modern.” Set within a densely landscaped site, the scheme was conceived to blend seamlessly into its diverse surroundings while maintaining a distinctive architectural identity that stands apart from neighbouring developments.
The project demanded a refined approach to detail and proportion, ensuring that the bold design language complemented the natural setting rather than competing with it. Extensive landscaping was integrated to soften the building’s presence and enhance privacy for residents, while the terraces were designed to maximise views across Hove Park and create generous outdoor living spaces.
As lead designer and project coordinator, we assisted with managing the full consultant team to realise the client’s ambition for a truly exceptional development. Our role encompassed concept design, planning strategy, technical detailing, and coordination of specialist input, ensuring that every element of the scheme reflected the highest standards of quality and design integrity.
The project commenced on site in late 2025 and is anticipated to complete in early 2027, marking a significant milestone in delivering one of the most distinctive residential developments in the area.
