When the team approached us, the existing premises presented significant challenges: a dark interior and a fragmented layout that compromised flow and privacy.

Our design response was a complete reconfiguration of the ground floor, transforming the space into a bright, welcoming environment that reflects the clinic’s premium positioning. The new layout introduced an open reception area that feels spacious yet discreet, with carefully planned pockets of privacy to respect client confidentiality. Treatment rooms were redesigned to optimise functionality and comfort, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to consultation.

Material choices and lighting strategy were central to the refurbishment, creating a calm and contemporary atmosphere that aligns with the clinic’s ethos of care and sophistication.
